Misconfigured or malicious miners may be blacklisted without notice.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Registration and Wallet Addresses<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>We may require you to provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address for payout purposes. You are solely responsible for:<\/p><ul><li>Ensuring the accuracy of your wallet address;<\/li><li>Maintaining control over your wallet and private keys;<\/li><li>Keeping your mining credentials and configuration secure.<\/li><\/ul><p>Crypto Engine LLC is not responsible\u00a0for lost earnings or funds due to incorrect wallet entries or unauthorized access.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Fees and Payouts<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>The pool fee is\u00a01-2 %, which is automatically deducted from mining rewards.<\/li><li>Minimum payout thresholds, payout intervals, and supported coins are published on the Site and may change at our discretion.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to withhold or delay payouts if we detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Disclaimer on Hashrate Transfer<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>You are\u00a0solely responsible\u00a0for directing, monitoring, and managing your hashrate and mining configurations.<\/p><ul><li>We do\u00a0not guarantee\u00a0immediate recognition or payout for transferred hashrate.<\/li><li>Crypto Engine LLC is not liable\u00a0for losses due to misconfiguration, redirection, or hijacking of your hashrate.<\/li><li>All hashrate transfers are at your own risk. We recommend securely configuring and monitoring all miners and wallet addresses.<\/li><li>Downtime, latency, or delays during switching between pools may affect earnings and are\u00a0not subject to reimbursement.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> Risk Disclosure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of cryptocurrency mining, including:<\/p><ul><li>Market volatility;<\/li><li>Mining difficulty adjustments;<\/li><li>Regulatory and legal changes;<\/li><li>Network instability or security risks.<\/li><\/ul><p>We do not guarantee profits, uptime, or consistent returns.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> No Investment Advice<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Nothing provided on carpool.io constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
