Welcome to carpool.io (the “Site”), a cryptocurrency mining pool operated by Crypto Engine LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mining pool, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where use of the Service would violate applicable laws or regulations.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service solely for participating in cryptocurrency mining through our pool. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;

• Access or attempt to access other users’ information or systems;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our source code or mining logic.

You are responsible for maintaining and securing your mining equipment and software. Misconfigured or malicious miners may be blacklisted without notice.

3. Registration and Wallet Addresses

We may require you to provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address for payout purposes. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of your wallet address;
• Maintaining control over your wallet and private keys;
• Keeping your mining credentials and configuration secure.

Crypto Engine LLC is not responsible for lost earnings or funds due to incorrect wallet entries or unauthorized access.

4. Fees and Payouts

• The pool fee is 1-2 %, which is automatically deducted from mining rewards.
• Minimum payout thresholds, payout intervals, and supported coins are published on the Site and may change at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to withhold or delay payouts if we detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

5. Disclaimer on Hashrate Transfer

You are solely responsible for directing, monitoring, and managing your hashrate and mining configurations.

• We do not guarantee immediate recognition or payout for transferred hashrate.
• Crypto Engine LLC is not liable for losses due to misconfiguration, redirection, or hijacking of your hashrate.
• All hashrate transfers are at your own risk. We recommend securely configuring and monitoring all miners and wallet addresses.
• Downtime, latency, or delays during switching between pools may affect earnings and are not subject to reimbursement.

6. Risk Disclosure

By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of cryptocurrency mining, including:

• Market volatility;
• Mining difficulty adjustments;
• Regulatory and legal changes;
• Network instability or security risks.

We do not guarantee profits, uptime, or consistent returns.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing provided on carpool.io constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and outcomes of mining or holding cryptocurrencies.

8. Affiliate Program (if applicable)

If you participate in our affiliate or referral program, you must:

• Abide by program-specific terms and conditions;
• Avoid deceptive or spammy promotion practices;
• Not misrepresent carpool.io in any form.

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate privileges at any time for violations or abuse.

9. API Access

carpool.io may offer API access for data, monitoring, or integration purposes. By using our APIs, you agree:

• Not to overload or abuse API endpoints;
• To use the API only for lawful and legitimate purposes;
• To comply with any rate limits, usage restrictions, or access tokens provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API access at any time.

• IP addresses;
• Hashrate and worker performance;
• Wallet and payout information.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Abuse or misuse of the Service;
• Regulatory concerns or legal obligation.

You may also stop using the Service at any time. Outstanding rewards due (if any) will be handled in accordance with our payout policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, source code, content, and software associated with carpool.io are the intellectual property of Crypto Engine LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Crypto Engine LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied;
• We are not liable for loss of profits, earnings, business, or data;
• Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
